We have received reports of Theft from Farms and also Damage to gates that access across fields to remote Farm buildings.  The area that has currently been hit is around Spratton and Hollowell.  Offenders have broken into containers on one site and stolen an Ifor Williams P series trailer, Fuel, Bale Grab and used the farmers Tractor to load the items.  

The land that had been entered, can be seen on Google Maps to lead across to remote Farm Buildings identifying the gateways.  The gates had been damaged and unbolted to gain access.

These incidents just highlight the importance of security and looking at the surrounding terrain around your locations.  Offenders will do their homework and potentially visit your Farms and Businesses during the day time.  

Photograph and record all Machine details.  Consider the use of www.immobilise.com to record the details.  

Overtly mark tools and moveable items with Farm name and Postcode.

Install Datatag and Cesar to all Trailers, Agricultural Machinery and Plant and ensure if you have it already, that its registered to you.
