Today, a Suzuki Vitara silver 4x4 SUV has been witnessed leaving at speed from a remote farm location on the Northants - Leicestershire Border.  this had 4 occupants and drove past the witness at speed from the location.  The front registration was taken as WK55V.  the end of the front number plate was missing.

Should this vehicle be seen, please call it in straight away and quote incident number 266 - 22/09/2024 with Northants Police.

The area that this vehicle has been seen has recently been targeted for Quad Bikes, ATV's and Manitou telehandlers thefts.  Its possible that the occupants could be out looking to re visit locations where stolen items have been replaced.  also looking for remote buildings or yards to park up items to see if trackers are fitted.

As the nights are drawing in and the harvest is all in, the opportunities for individuals to visit in the dark and have the ability to get to locations across the land is far greater than a few weeks ago.  Please secure yards, field entrances and lock Machinery away.
