Over the past 3-4 days reports have been received regarding a Silver Mercedes ML Motor vehicle with a towbar fitted, similar to the stock image above, (reg number displayed is not connected) visiting Farms and Business Premises in the Northants and Leicestershire south areas.  We believe this vehicle is responsible for Theft from Vans, Theft of a trailer and also Theft of numerous sets of Number Plates off Parked vehicles in the Daventry Policing Area.

With that in mind, Any Sightings of a Silver Mercedes ML in and around your farms, business's day or night and also towing any items during the hours of darkness, PLEASE try and obtain as much of the registration number and report it to us.  If the vehicle doesn't look familiar to you, then its possibly up to no good.
