Dear Resident
Please find attached the latest newsletter from the Northamptonshire Police Fire and Crime Commissioner.
This month there are updates to the Immediate Justice Scheme and details of Commissioner Danielle Stone's visit to see positive outcomes from a successful sponsored PCSO scheme.
Deputy Commissioner Marianne Kimani is featured with her dedicated portfolio that includes tackling violence against women and girls, improving diversity in the workplace and ensuring those in police custody are treated fairly.
The newsletter also has links for you to have your say on the public safety blueprint for Northamptonshire and police and fire funding. The plan sets out the top three strategic priorities for the county and we are asking people to say how much extra, if any, they are willing to pay on the policing and fire parts of the council tax next year (2025/26) to fund local emergency services. Attached is a leaflet but you can read more about the plan and access the survey here: northantspfcc.org.uk/precept-and-plan-consultation/
The survey is taking around 10 minutes to complete and closes at 11.59pm on Sunday 5th January 2025
The newsletter can also be read on-line here: northantspfcc.org.uk/newsletter-december-2024/
Please feel free to share to your local community. You can also follow the latest updates from the Office of the Northamptonshire Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and NextDoor - just search for NorthantsOPFCC | ||||
