CAR SAFE MESSAGE

CAR SAFE patrols were conducted in your area this morning. Unfortunately several vehicles were checked during this patrol and items of value were seen in the vehicles on display.

We would like to remind all car owner(s) to make sure nothing is left in your vehicles, which is considered valuable.

Don't become a victim of crime…!

A few crime prevention tips.

There are some simple but effective things you can do to help protect your vehicle:

Park your car in a garage or driveway if possible, or on a busy, well-lit road. Choose a ParkMark® accredited public car park wherever possible

Never leave anything on display in your car. The cost to repair damage to the vehicle will usually exceed the value of the theft
