Antisocial Behaviour in Daventry

 Antisocial Behaviour Daventry

Dear Resident

We are investigating complaints of antisocial behaviour in Daventry and are appealing to local residents for information.

Within the past month, police and other agencies have become aware of fires being set around Daventry which include the following:

- Wheelie Bins

- Trolleys full of rubbish/branches

- Play areas

- Grassland

The incidents above have been occurring in the late evenings and early hours, do you know of someone who has been out in the community at these times connected to the above?

We have also seen a rise of groups of individuals kicking residents doors, banging on windows and other anti-social behaviour.

We are appealing to residents of Daventry to consider checking their CCTV/ring doorbells to assist police in identifying the persons responsible for these incidents.

Should you know of the names of the individuals, please consider contacting PC 1570 Colton on adam.colton@northants.police.uk or alternatively as per below Crimestoppers.

We are currently proceeding with criminal investigations into the matters above alongside anti-social behaviour legislation.

This type of behaviour is having an impact on the local community and with your assistance we can work together to deal with the individuals responsible.

Did you witness anything?  Did you see anyone or any vehicle(s) in the area that looked suspicious? If so, then please contact Northamptonshire Police on 101 quoting ref: 24000761658 Alternatively you can report online here.

You can also pass on information anonymously to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
