Attempt Theft from a Van High Street Twywell

Dear Resident

We are appealing for information after an Attempt was made to Break into a ford Transit van That was parked at an address on High Street Twywell . This Occurred Between the times of 11pm Tues 11th March and 5:15am Weds 12th March.

Did you witness anything? Did you see anyone or any vehicle(s) in the area that looked suspicious? If so, then please contact Northamptonshire Police on 101 quoting ref: 25000144093. Alternatively you can report online here.

Vehicle:

Park your car in a garage or driveway if possible, or on a busy, well-lit road. Choose a ParkMark® accredited public car park wherever possible

Physically check your central locking system has activated to ensure the signal hasn’t been blocked and the car left unlocked

Store keys for keyless entry cars in a RFID pouch or foil lined tin to block signal from scanners that will remotely unlock your car e.g Defender Signal Blocker
