Dear Resident. 

With the onset of the warmer weather and spring, could I ask that you all be vigilant with regards to rouge traders, or people posing as police officers. Please if you have any of these incidents can you please report them. 

Also if you have elderly or vulnerable family members or friends, could you encourage them not to hand over money, before any work they have agreed is done. 

Remember if you have a Police Officer attend your address, if they are not in uniform. please ask to see their warrant card, or police staff card. If you are unsure do not let them in, and call 101, or 999 if you feel they are not a real police officer.
