Theft from a motor vehicle in SYWELL LANE, ECTON

Dear Residents,

We are appealing for information after REGISTRATION PLATES stolen from a VEHICLE in SYWELL LANE, ECTON

The theft occurred between 15/01/2025 00:00 AND 14/04/2025 17:00 when the item were stolen from the vehicle whilst it was parked on SYWELL LANE, ECTON

We are keen to hear from anyone who may have any information relating to the theft of these items or that may have been in the area around the time of the incident and heard or seen anything suspicious. Please call us on 101 quoting reference number 25000216715 or report to us online here.

There are some simple but effective things you can do to help protect your vehicle:

Park your car in a garage or driveway if possible, or on a busy, well-lit road. Choose a ParkMark® accredited public car park wherever possible

Never leave anything on display in your car. The cost to repair damage to the vehicle will usually exceed the value of the theft

Drivers of some Toyota and Honda vehicles and some 4 x 4’s should install measures to deter theft of catalytic converts e.g Catloc | Catalytic Convertor Theft Protection
