Anti-social Behaviour in Irthlingborough |
||
Dear Resident
I have had a meeting today with Irthlingborough Town Council during which we discussed how we can work more closely together, and how we can better tackle the issues in the Irthlingborough area. The issued raised by the council were anti-social behaviour in the Peace Gardens on the High Street in Irthlingborough and the continual motorbike issues across the area. Unfortunately, the number of incidents reported to the Police do not accurately reflect the strength of feeling in the community about these issues.
In order that Chris and I can target our patrols and increase the feeling of safety across the area, incidents need to be reported to us; we are only able to deal with issues that we are aware of, and rely on them being reported. You can report any incidents, including of anti-social behaviour, by calling Northamptonshire Police on 101. Alternatively, you can report online by clicking here.
This advice is not exclusive to Irthlingborough, and I would encourage all residents of the Irthlingborough Ward, including Little Addington, Great Addington, Woodford, Denford and Ringstead, to do the same. Whilst Chris and I cannot be in any one place all the time, and we will continue to do our best to be as visible as possible in the towns and villages within our area.
Many thanks and have a good week,
PC 764 Callum Hurst & PCSO 7186 Chris Burrows | ||
