  • Refusal to allow access to the property Strong smells, blacked-out windows, or unusual wiring
  • Lights on 24/7
  • High humidity, or mould 
  • Sudden spikes in energy usage 
  • Ducting tubes or bin bags full of plant waste 
  •  The Consequences: 

  • Property damage
  • Fire risk
  • Insurance issues
  • Loss of rent and high repair costs 
  • Increased crime in your area
