Dear PLRs

We are launching a pilot project on our social media channels aimed at addressing and reducing misinformation. This approach is similar to the BBC’s “BBC Verify” tool, which they use to fact check their news reporting and challenge inaccurate or misleading claims.

We’d like to hear from you about any experiences you’ve had with policing‑related misinformation online. What kinds of false or confusing narratives have you come across? And what topics would you find most valuable for us to fact check?
